On September 18, 1989 a group of students from the TEI Heraklion having the need to communicate with the people of the city of Heraklion, to channel the creativity, gathered the necessary equipment for test transmissions on FM. phenomenal love the high ratings and the wide participation of students and students gave them courage even all adverse transmission conditions.
