103.9 Voice FM – “the education station” – is a brand new community radio station with a five year license. 103.9 Voice FM studio has been development and is managed by Ram Kalyan Kelly of Unity 101 Community Radio, and is supported by John Ellery. The radio studios and the training centre are based at 153 St. Mary’s street, Southampton.
