Action was not part of the Northern Growth Plan. This from MPP Gilles Bisson on the announcement from Minister of Northern Development, Mines and Forestry Michael Gravelle. Bisson says the document echoes similar thoughts and feelings of everyone living in Northern Ontario, but shows no real actions to take.
