Radio Saint Lucia

Radio St. Lucia, formerly operating under the aegis of the St. Lucia Broadcasting Corporation Radio St. Lucia was converted from a statutory corporation to a limited liability company on November 08, 1999. Radio St. Lucia Company Ltd. is wholly owned by the Government of Saint Lucia. Popularly known as "The Nation's Station" RSL is mandated to provide public service broadcasting, although earning its keep from advertising. In many ways a pioneer in local broadcasting, RSL has provided the foundation for much of what obtains in local broadcast circles. Many of the programmes and current crop of broadcasters across the media landscape had their beginnings at Radio St. Lucia. RSL's programming features a wide range of offerings in culture, health, agriculture, news and current affairs, sports, music and public information.
