WCTG is primarily a music station. The industry name for the format is "Triple A" which stands for "Adult Album Airplay". WCTG blends music from different genres and decades, plays deeper album cuts rarely heard on commercial terrestrial radio, plus new and local artists. WCTG caters to and is accepted by both locals and visitors with mutual enthusiasm.
