Central Ohio Severe Weather Net is operated and maintained by Central Ohio Severe Weather Network (COSWN) as part of the network of amateur emergency service scanner repeaters that provide coverage of local emergency service broadcasts in Central Ohio, United States, as well as ham radio transmissions. The service is affiliated with the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) and SkyWarn.
